OUR CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Childcare, particularly high-quality early childhood education, is essential for growing Missouri's economy and making us competitive, both for children and parents. There is bipartisan support for this as a policy.
OUR HEALTHCARE
Pharmacy Benefit managers do harm to our rural pharmacies and take billions of dollars out of the economy by routing cash to a handful of companies. These companies should be able to thrive, but not in a way that abuses the trust and finances of the end-users of their services.
ABOUT SEAN
Sean Falconer is a healthcare professional, educator, and mediator with more than a decade of experience working directly with patients, families, and frontline staff. He holds a master’s degree in Communication, with specialized training in conflict and dispute resolution. Sean has taught at Missouri State University, and has trained hundreds of local hospital caregivers in crisis de-escalation and trauma-informed care. He has also worked collaboratively with social services, law enforcement, and the court system supporting high-needs youth and families across Missouri as a foster-care case manager.
Sean’s deep faith shapes his sense of service and responsibility. He is active in his church, and has volunteered in humanitarian efforts across more than 15 countries. He is also a staunch advocate for respecting the constitutional limits that protect freedom of belief for all our neighbors.
Sean and his wife are raising their family in Springfield, where they live, work, and serve their community .
Why Sean is Running:
Sean is running to uphold responsible, serious leadership in Missouri—leadership that protects the public interest, invests wisely in the state, and ensures the voices of everyday Missourians are heard and acted upon thoughtfully and with integrity. He sees Missouri at a crossroads: federal policies, state neglect, and poorly managed priorities have left rural infrastructure, local economies, and public services strained. Falconer’s candidacy is about practical solutions, transparency, and accountability.
